How do you handle refunds?
Refunds are paid back to the card that was used to make the payment. Refunds usually take 2-3 days to process and usually is credited back to your account within 5-7 days.

Can I pick and choose a level for my child?
Unfortunately not, this is like school. If your child loves addition, you cannot ask him/her to not learn subtraction. Likewise, every subject that we have picked in this 6-level program is an essential modern subject. Children must learn and know about all of them. We promise, your child will LOVE each course!
Will it be too complex for my child?
Not at all! We have children as young as eight years old and they love it! In addition, our program is designed to be age appropriate with just the right level of detail for their age group.
Why should I start early?
Kids who get early exposure to modern subjects and skills can adapt, learn and prepare better for the future. They end up going to the best universities and grabbing the best jobs in the future.
Is your content age-appropriate?
Yes, 100%! While the subjects are the same for all children, the course content (case studies, classroom lessons, assignments, depth of topics) are all different between different groups (8-11, 12 – 14 & 15 – 18). Depending on your child’s age, current level of general knowledge, communication, comprehension, and thinking, capacity, we will batch them into the appropriate age group.
